Timico was formed in 2004 and since then has grown to a team of 350 colleagues based over three sites in Newark, Winnersh and London.
We offer a wide range of managed IT & cloud, consultancy, connectivity, Unified Communication and voice solutions to UK businesses. We're trusted by over 15,000 clients including big brand names such as the National Trust, Greene King, Hobbs, Ted Baker and Jimmy Choo, to name but a few.
More than 80% of our colleagues are in client-facing roles, with a passion for providing the excellent service our clients deserve and expect. Our apprenticeship scheme started in 2012 with two IT apprentices who both completed their apprenticeships and went on to have successful careers within Timico.
Since then our apprentice scheme has flourished and we now have apprentices in IT, Business Administration, Product Management, Sales and Customer Service and plan to recruit in more on an ongoing basis.
Once our apprentices complete their apprenticeship with us we aim to provide them with a permanent role wherever possible and continue to support them with their training and development.
Socials, CSR and Volunteering
We have two main social events each year- one in the summer and one during the winter, as well as an ad-hoc team and fundraising events throughout the year. We also host charity events such as Macmillan coffee morning, and Children in Need.
Timico understand the importance of investing time and resource to help young people learn about the latest technologies and are keen to be involved in STEM-based education initiatives and career advice.
