Grow & Develop
At Timico, we believe in supporting personal growth, offering dedicated training and development and striving to promote from within where possible.
Make the Difference
The demand for IT solutions has never been greater. Our infrastructures drive the ambitions of over 10,000 customers. Not to mention our efforts help to reduce the carbon footprint. Click here to see how.
Contribute to the Community
We are also active in our community, providing work experience for students at the local school. As one teacher at the local community school put it:
“Without your support and inspiration for pupils learning they would not gain the vision they have within the computing industry. As a company you truly are exceptional, and I wish far more were like yourselves” – Amanda Gwyther, Magnus C of E Academy.
Understanding the importance of community, we also offer 24 hours paid work with a charity of your choice.
Our people are at the heart of our business, and we are looking for dynamic individuals who are passionate about digital transformation and delivering an exceptional experience to our customers.

Perks of the job
In addition to working with friendly, helpful and fun people, you'll also be able to enjoy the wide range of benefits on offer.
Our apprenticeship scheme started in 2012 with two IT apprentices who both completed their apprenticeships and went on to have successful careers within Timico.
Since then our apprentice scheme has flourished and we now have apprentices in IT, Business Administration, Product Management, Sales and Customer Service and plan to recruit in more on an ongoing basis.
Once our apprentices complete their apprenticeship with us we aim to provide them with a permanent role wherever possible and continue to support them with their training and development.
Socials, CSR and Volunteering
We have two main social events each year- one in the summer and one during the winter, as well as an ad-hoc team and fundraising events throughout the year. We also host charity events such as Macmillan coffee morning, and Children in Need.
Timico understand the importance of investing time and resource to help young people learn about the latest technologies and are keen to be involved in STEM-based education initiatives and career advice.
