We are delighted to announce our latest acquisition of Arcus Cloud Services Limited (ACS), the Amazon Web Services (AWS) public sector advanced consulting firm. The acquisition will be key in strengthening our portfolio of services, enabling us to continue delivering high-value digital transformation solutions for our customers.

ACS is a Cambridge-based cloud native organisation. It focuses particularly on public sector organisations, complementing our recent appointment to the G-Cloud 12 Framework. With a highly talented team, ACS has been an AWS partner since 2011, previously part of the wider Arcus Global business.

Ensuring long-term customer value

In addition to reaffirming our position as one of the UK’s leading cloud-based managed service providers, the multi-million-pound acquisition will provide invaluable opportunities for our customers. The broadening of our portfolio and services will ensure long-term customer value and success.

Also, with Timico’s support, ACS will drive new capability and digital transformation services, providing advice, design, implementation, and managed services for the AWS environment.
